We've been providing Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services since 1984
in the San Francisco East Bay and pride ourselves on being very detail oriented, extremely 
dependable, and flexible to your cleaning needs.
We train all of our employees, who have positive attitudes towards their work allowing 
them to come into your home or business and operate efficiently and professionally cleaning 
to your satisfaction.  All employees are fully insured and bonded.
Currently we serve the Oakland/Berkeley areas of the East Bay  including Kensington, 
El Cerrito, Emeryville, and San Leandro.  We can do one time cleanings in portions of 
Central Contra Costa County.

                                             RESIDENTIAL CLEANINGS:
                                         Ongoing Maintenance Services

Either a team of two people, or one person, using our cleaning supplies and equipment, 
and based on an in home consultation would start at $140.00 for a weekly service, 
and $155.00 for every two weeks.  Every three weeks or monthly or less frequently starts at $160.00.
Your service can include almost all aspects of housecleaning and focuses on bathroom 
and kitchen cleaning, with the rest of the home seeing furniture dusted and polished, looking for 
and removing cobwebs, vacuuming of floor surfaces, and mopping of bare floors.  
We use only eco friendly products unless dealing with a heavy duty cleaning situation.
All house cleanings can be scheduled for weekly, every two weeks, or once a month. 
We also offer ongoing Floor Maintenance and Window Cleaning either seasonally or less frequently.

                                            Heavy Duty Cleaning Services
We also offer fully supplied teams of two or more persons for heavy duty cleanings.  
This could include mildew and soap film being removed from bathrooms, 
and/or heavy duty kitchen appliance cleaning.  Wall and ceiling washing can also be included 
as can overhead vacuuming of ceiling areas for cobweb removal.  We find this type of service 
most appropriate for move-out or move-in cleanings or perhaps a spring cleaning situation. 
It also can work very well prior to a maintenance cleaning service.  Prices for this are quoted 
for the job rather than hourly.  We would need to see your home for an exact quote.
