We can clean, wax and polish your wood flooring, or strip, re-seal and apply
commercial grade
acrylics to vinyl, ceramic tile and stone
floors. We would need to see the floors for an
exact quote. Prices
are based on square footage as well as the condition of the flooring.
This is one floor that we maintain.
MOVE-IN OR MOVE-OUT CLEANINGS
This service is geared towards deeper or heavy duty cleanings. The focus is
usually on very
thorough kitchen appliance cleaning, possibly with wall and
ceiling washing, inside and out
of cabinets and drawers, and very thorough floor cleaning.
Also complete and thorough bathroom
cleaning with mildew and soap film removed if necessary as well as possibly wall and ceiling
washing can be taken care of.
Overhead vacuuming of higher
ceilings for cobweb
removal can also be included
as can most aspects of soil removal from your
home.
This might be appropriate at the end of a rental situation or when a
home is
changing ownership,
or in a spring cleaning situation. A quote would be given after a visual inspection of
the home.
